How much can you take and keep moving forward?

Hey!

This week was a good week! We are starting to talk to lots of new people and teaching them as well. That may be one of the best feelings is going to a return appointment and the family is all there waiting and ready for your message! Its the best!

One of the new people we are teaching is Nanay Moana. yes her name is really moana and it made us laugh a little. Anyways nanay moana is 78 years old and lives by herself! all her kids and husband have passed away. She is very sad because of this of course but still has a really good attitude about it all. The other day we were just walking around a new place and we met nanay moana. she was outside by herself washing and hanging clothes and we stopped and offered to help. I made my companion hang up all her clothes while i talked to nanay. (It was way funny) But as soon as i understood her whole situation i knew we had the things to help her feel more peace and comfort! so i offered a short prayer for her and taught very briefly about the plan of salvation and how death is not the end. She quickly accepted a return appointment for the very next day. Well the next day came around and as we were walking down the road down to nanays house we could see in the distance old nanay sitting in a chair with her pamphlet i had given her and two chairs sitting in front of her for us. The lesson hadn't even started nor had we said one word to nanay but i could already feel the spirit. We taught a very powerful lesson about the plan of salvation and told her that if she did what she needed to do here on earth she would return to live with all her kids and husband. At the end of the lesson we stood up to leave and she looked at us with tears rolling down her cheeks and said "Thank you Elders. This is what i have been looking for." Its such a satisfaction to walk up and down streets all day with something everyone is looking for. A lot of times people dont know the  truth because they dont know where to find it! No matter the weather, season or circumstances someone is always looking. Just depends on us to find them! I love this work.

Thank you all so much for you love and support! days are going faster and faster! Love you all!
